Diego has extensive knowledge in performance and instruction in both World Class DCI and WGI arenas. He moved from his hometown Raleigh, North Carolina to Indiana in 2016, and joined the World Champion Avon Colorguard. Diego has also written several shows for groups in Indiana as well as around the United States.

Diego has also written several shows for groups in Indiana as well as around the United States. Diego is thrilled to join One Light Performance Arts during their inaugural season.

Brannigan Watson has been involved in color guard for as long as she can remember. She was a member of the Avon color guard all throughout her high school career, graduating in May of 2019. She was also in the Guard for the 2017 Bands of America Honor Band in the Tournament of Roses Parade. She now teaches the Avon Marching

Brannigan Watson has been involved in color guard for as long as she can remember. She was a member of the Avon color guard all throughout her high school career, graduating in May of 2019. She was also in the Guard for the 2017 Bands of America Honor Band in the Tournament of Roses Parade. She now teaches the Avon Marching Black and Gold Color Guard, Avon A and Cadet Winter Guards, and is the newest addition to the Decatur Middle School Color Guard staff. When she's not teaching, she is a business student at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and stops at home often to spend time with her five furry friends. She has had a number of different color guard experiences and is excited to share her knowledge with One Light this winter.
Casey Herman is a Musician and Technical Engineer, who works with groups to deliver successful presentations and performances.
Casey drives experimentation and challenges groups to try new techniques and concepts.

Casey was a French Horn/Mellophone performer with Star of Indiana's Brass Theater III, Star of Indiana Alumni performances 2004/2010, and most recently, Star United 2013 to present.
Casey is an avid electronics hobbyist, computer engineer, and hobbyist sound engineer.

John marched Star of Indiana and Star United drum corps and has been involved with winter guard on the IHSCGA circuit for the last 8 years. He is the staff organizer that helps other staff maximize their talents. His passion of encouraging others to relentlessly pursue perfection is unique and contagious.

Erin Hughes is excited to be a founding member of One Light Performance Arts. Hughes began her guard career as a member then captain of Danville High School Marching Warriors. Erin was a member of the 1988 Star of Indiana Drum and Bugle Corp and aged out in 1992 as a member of the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corp.

As an alumni of Star of Indiana, Erin performed with the 2010 Alumni Corp. She has teaching and directing experience with several Indiana schools including Danville, Monrovia, Terre Haute North, Avon, Tri-West, and Westfield.

Marni Morris has been participating in the pageantry arts for over three decades. Marni performed with Delta High School Marching Eagles, Delta High School Winter Guard, and the Star of Indiana Drum Corps. She had the privilege of performing with the Star of Indiana Alumni in 2004 for the Indy 500 Parade and at DCI Semi-Finals

She has instructed, designed, and choreographed for a number of groups in Indiana including Delta, New Castle, Anderson, Anderson Highland, Angola, Noblesville, and Westfield. Marni also served as the Color Guard director for Umatilla High School in Florida. During her years as a performer and instructor, Marni has guided several groups to be medalists in IHSCGA, FFCC, and WGI as well as Finalists in State Fair Band Day,
